Sketch
Experiment Two
The first paragraph of the sample will be an introduction to my younger self. I will talk directly to my younger self at age fifteen when I was going into my sophomore year of high school. This first paragraph will end with a small portion of how I am today as a junior in college.
The second paragraph for the sketch will be the first lesson I have for myself. It should be a longer lesson because I think it’s what I have struggled with the most. I will discuss a memory I have of a situation that occurred during the summer going into my sophomore year of high school. It was one of those situations that was extremely upsetting at the time and still makes me sad today. I don’t want to spend too much time with the details of the occurrence, but some background information is pertinent. Then I will go into what I have learned since then about this topic and give my younger self advice.
The final paragraph of the letter would be my closing paragraph of the full letter. I will wrap up it up by continuing to give words of encouragement.
The rest of the letter would continue in a similar fashion. The letter would be a sort of survival guide in which I basically tell my younger self a series of lessons that I have learned since I was 15. I know the time frame is very large since I’m only 21, but I personally think I’m very different from how I was in high school and I have definitely learned a lot in those six years. The lessons I share will cover various different topics and span across high school and now into my third year of college.
