This website contains work from my junior year gateway writing course. Several of my pieces are on the topic of mental health. My hope is that they help someone who may be struggling. My hope is that this person realizes that they are not alone. My hope is that we normalize discussions on mental health. My hope is that we start these discussions much earlier in life, so that children are educated and are in tune with how they feel from a young age. My hope is that everyone knows one simple message:
You are loved.
